Convenient and Comfortable Stay

I stayed on the 8th floor. The room was quiet. The shuttle bus was prompt at 6am, taking me to T2. The driver was cheerful. The complimentary shuttle to the airport was perfect. I have already booked again for my next trip!
The electrics in the bedroom were problematic. I couldn't get the coffee machine to work properly, it kept switching off, despite maintenance coming up. Parking the car overnight cost £30. I felt this was VERY steep.

The bar food arrived quickly and tasted delicious. Liz, working in the bar and restaurant, was a lifesaver. She spotted us quickly and ushered us to a table. Service was excellent. She was efficient.

My room was spacious. USB chargers located by the beds were very useful. I had dinner in the bar. Yasmin provided excellent service. The food came quickly and tasted delicious!!!
The electrics in the bedroom needed work. The coffee machine did not operate properly, even after maintenance assistance. I also found that parking overnight cost £30, which seemed expensive.

The hotel is located very close to the airport, a huge plus. A free shuttle service operates frequently. My room included USB chargers by the bed which was so useful. I had dinner at the bar, and the service from Yasmin was very attentive.
I did not find biccies on the tea tray in my room. A small detail, but noticeable.

the shuttle service to the terminals was excellent. it took away some stress. the bar offered a nice selection of food and drinks at reasonable prices. our room was a good size.
i found the fire safety standards concerning. numerous doors had non-compliant fire seals. there was also obvious damage to the doors. the blatant disregard for legal obligations was upsetting. i felt profits were prioritized over safety.
